The director Brad Spark has not stopped working on creating Active Lifestyles over the past 15years. Based on his own health, fitness and well being values Brad delivers his passion to you through a service where the primary focus is to assist people in discovering, developing and nurturing the fundamental elements that make up a truly balanced lifestyle.

A passionate recreational enthusiast Brad encourages the use of the great outdoors to motivate and inspire clients and members. This value can be found through out the carefully selected trainers who share similar values.

Brad prides himself on his level of ongoing education and knowledge on the human body and the dynamics of our social society. Such knowledge has been published in the fitness magazine ‘Ultra-Fit Australia’ and currently on the new and informative web resource for all of your health and well being questions ‘fit for life online’.Our promise: To facilitate change through a holistic approach, identifying a persons needs and working with them specifically to integrate new knowledge, values, and core beliefs resulting in a healthier lifestyle, by enriching ones' physical condition in a nurturing environment.

A lifestyle is made up of commitments such as work and family and factors such as passions, values and core beliefs, or a conglomeration of decisions based on core beliefs, values and knowledge.

A healthy balance will be based upon the perception of such elements. Base knowledge of nutrition, exercise and well being will ultimately position your perception on a continuum of over all health and well being.
