Surfing is all about balance, stability and weight transfer in your legs and core. Arm strength endurance and cardio vascular endurance. Our surfit program is put together by our director Brad Spark, the director of 'the manly surf school, Matt Grainger who collectively understand the key elements of surfing and how to challenge you to them.

This course is used by the up and coming Australian Pro Junior surfer Robbie France, Winner of the National Volcom series. Taken by Ben Johnson (BJ), an amazing surfer in his own right! He is also a sponsored ex-pro, ex winter olympic team half pipe rider with fitness qualifications and regularly competes in 'board riders' comps, thanks Ben. Ben and Brad have worked together to deliver the program for you to experience true sport specific training methods.
