By webmaster | May 16, 2011 | News | 0 Comments

Committed to furthering our knowledge…Active LIfestyles just put their Staff through a grueling new Advanced Posture Analysis and exercise programming course in Homebush over the weekend. It really pays to address our postural make up, lifestyle factors and really take the time to commit to a more balanced lifestyle and training program.

Active Lifestyles is promoting a ‘Winter Play’ deal at Larry Adler’s Ski expo this weekend..pop in on Saturday and say hi, we will be here to answer any question around your training for this winter and you could Win an amazing tailored 6 week program.

Planking, its great to see that ‘Planking’ has become such a big deal…why do our clients moan when we ask them to do them as part of their session, while the rest of the country cant get enough of them…the answer is we make them do it properly for posture!
